Bratwurst Sandwich

Ever have a brat sitting in your freezer and then you pull out the coresponding bun only to find horrible freezer-burn on the bun? What do you do?
Well, I've got it all taken care of. The bratwurst sandwich.
Begin by defrosting the brat, then cut it into width-wise slices. Then fry on each side in a frying pan. Take out two pieces of bread, apply the condiments and once the brat is fried place the pieces on the bread, and voila, away we go.
