Hello all my children
Just to let you all know one more time.......There is a family get together on Thursday Aug.23 at Ed and Heidi's at 6:30. You can well imagine my surprise when Heidi told me that One of you didn't know about it. I distinctly remember telling All of you on our canoe trip when we were sitting around together. Well I have now done my part.......again. I think you should let Heidi know if you are coming or not to help her plan the amount of food that she needs. Anyhooo, that's all for now! Did you tell us in the van while Holy Soldier was playing?? I seriously don't remember being told:( Oh well. By the way, I'd like to also confirm the 6:00 start time as per my discussion with U. Ed & T. Heidi.

You were probably in the bathroom at the time of the discussion.
It doesn't matter what time it starts. We may or may not eat at 6:00. You can come before that and visit. If you get there at 6:00 it is very unlikely that you will eat precisely at 6:00. If you get there for 6:30, G&C family style, you will likely be there by 6:15. Even if we start eating at 6:00 you will still get food at 6:15 or even 6:30. So just come when you can and somewhere between 6:00 and 6:30, we will probably be eating. It isn't about the eating anyway, it is about the visiting.

And all I can think about is the eating!! It is always so tasty at these shin-digs at Tante's.
I got a message from Marianne yesterday, saying that she was at this party! Sounds like you ate well and had a great time! Wish I could've been there!
